easy fruity over night oats

Tips: 
  • For the fruit choice, I tend to use a handful of blueberry or half of mango. I avoided strawberry because once you cut and mixed them, it will start to lose the sweetness.
  • My favourite milk to use in this recipe is Silk original almond coconut blend.
  • Honey can get really dense/sticky and hard to mix, to avoid the mess and make it vegan, substitute with maple syrup or chopped gula merah/ gula jawa/ gula melaka.


Ingredients

  • 1/3 rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup fresh coconut milk (not the one that you use for cooking, but the one for drinkings like almond milk and soy milk)
  • fruits of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs honey

Direction

Mixed all the ingredients in a jar, except the fruits. When all mixed, top with the fruits. Cover the jar with the lid and refrigerate overnight.
