Ramen with oranges and tofu


Ingredients
1 pack of tofu, cubed
3 cups of broccoli
1 cup of oranges peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tbs sesame oil
1 pack of plain ramen noodle

Instruction
1. Combine tofu, broccoli, orange, and sesame oil, stir to coat evenly. Marinate at room temperature 30 minutes.
2. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water, set aside.
3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat, coat with oil. Add broccoli mixture, and stir fry until tofu is brown and broccoli is tender.
4. add noodles to skillet, combine with vegetable. season with salt.
