Ingredients

tofu (1 blocks, diced)
tempe (1 blocks, diced)
potato (diced)
cabbage (chopped)

egg (no egg for vegan option)
red shallot (3-5 cloves, depend on the size)
garlic (4-6 cloves, depend on the size)
sweet soy sauce

Instruction
for salad
1. deep fried tofu and tempe, put aside
2. boil egg, put aside
3. boil/ steam vegetable until soft
for sauce
chopped the peanut, put it in the blender with salt, garlic and red shallot, add water. Optional, you can mix it with peanut butter.
mix vegetables, tofu, and tempe in your plate based on your portion, mix the sauce with sweet soy sauce and mix it with the vegetables, add boiled egg on top (without egg for vegan option).
PS. Indonesian sweet soy sauce is a thick and sweet soy sauce, it's completely different than soy sauce. Amazon has ABC sweet soy sauce which pretty common to find in Indonesia.
