egg tomato


Ingredients
2 fresh beef tomato (or any tomato you like), chopped
1 can tomato puree
eggplant/ mushroom/ or any vegetable of your choice
4 eggs
mozzarella cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt
pepper

optional: fresh chili, bread, avocado

Instruction
1. stir fry onion, garlic, fresh chili (if you pleased) until brown and smell good.
2. add fresh tomato, stir fry until tomato soft, add tomato pure. stir fry until boiling, seasoned with salt and pepper, stir fry until less watery.
3. make 4 holes in the the tomato mix, crack egg to the hole, add cheese.
4. close lid until egg getting white/ ready.
5. serve with toast and avocado.
