Ingredients

1 small sweet potato, cut into sticks

1 cups of flour

1 egg

2 scallions, thin slice

1 clove garlic, minced

Instruction

mixed flour, egg, scallion, garlic, add water until you get a bit of creamy texture. add sweet potato to the dough. heat up oil in skillet. deep fried the dough when oil is already boiling.
